  • General Call-outs (24 - 72 hours, within the working day, within the working week, as agreed with and acceptable to customer; at no premium)
  • Emergency Call-outs (within 12 - 24 hours either within the working day if possible or out of hours at agreed premium rates)
  • Return Calls
  • Courtesy Calls
  • Planned Calls
  • Day-Rate and Half-day-Rate charges for planned extended or distant [beyond the (above) 50 miles area] work, such as installations. Such rates quoted and agreed with customer/client in advance.
